Dr. Duy Dang is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Head of Department (Research) at The Business School, RMIT University Vietnam, where he leads research initiatives, fosters a collaborative research culture, and mentors academic staff and PhD candidates. His expertise spans Management Information Systems (MIS), with a focus on information security behaviors and management, digital transformation, and emerging digital technologies. Prior to his current role, he served as HDR Coordinator & Delegated Authority, managing six PhD programs across business disciplines, and as Senior Program Manager for the Bachelor of IT and Bachelor of Software Engineering programs. Dr. Dang has co-authored over 60 publications in internationally recognized journals and conferences and has secured over US$ 341,500 in research funding. In 2024, he was honored as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar-in-Residence at Gonzaga University, USA, and he is also a Co-founder of the Vietnam Chapter of the Association for Information Systems (VAIS).

Tiến sĩ Đặng Phạm Thiên Duy là Giảng viên Cấp cao và Phó Trưởng nhóm bộ môn (Nghiên cứu) tại Khoa Kinh doanh, Đại học RMIT Việt Nam, nơi ông dẫn dắt các sáng kiến nghiên cứu, thúc đẩy văn hóa nghiên cứu hợp tác và hỗ trợ đội ngũ giảng viên cũng như nghiên cứu sinh tiến sĩ. Chuyên môn của ông tập trung vào Hệ thống Thông tin Quản lý (MIS), với các lĩnh vực nghiên cứu chính bao gồm hành vi và quản lý an toàn thông tin, chuyển đổi số, và các công nghệ số mới nổi. Trước vai trò hiện tại, ông từng là Quản lý Chương trình Cấp cao, quản lý 6 chương trình Tiến sĩ trong các lĩnh vực kinh doanh, và Quản lý Chương trình Cấp cao phụ trách Cử nhân Công nghệ Thông tin và Cử nhân Kỹ thuật Phần mềm. Tiến sĩ Duy đã đồng tác giả hơn 60 công trình nghiên cứu được công bố trên các tạp chí và hội thảo quốc tế uy tín, đồng thời đã huy động hơn 341.500 USD tài trợ nghiên cứu. Năm 2024, anh được trao danh hiệu Học giả Fulbright U.S. Scholar-in-Residence tại Đại học Gonzaga, Hoa Kỳ. Anh cũng là Đồng sáng lập Chi hội Hệ thống Thông tin Việt Nam (VAIS), góp phần thúc đẩy mạng lưới nghiên cứu và ứng dụng MIS tại Việt Nam.
